As a service to our customers, we offer a 15 days inspection period for jewelery items. The 15 days period begins when the parcel is delivered from our shipping courier. If for any reason, you are not fully satisfied with the item, you may return it for a refund, exchange or store credit.
Returns will not be accepted after the inspection period unless prior arrangements had been made with us.
Refunds will incur a 9% restocking fee.  This fee does not apply to exchanges or store credit.
